The Minneapolis community welcomes Myriad Mobile’s newest office with a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration on Thursday, July 10, at 12 noon at 212 3rd Ave N, Suite 390. The Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce will be on hand to ceremoniously welcome North Dakota’s largest mobile company to Minneapolis. The event is free and open to the public and an open house will take place until 2:30 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.
“Opening an office in Minneapolis allows Myriad Mobile to have a physical presence in a market that serves as headquarters to many of the nation’s largest companies and some of our biggest clients,” said Myriad Mobile CEO and co-founder, Jake Joraanstad. “The expansion is more than a statement of Myriad’s growth–it’s a statement of the strong relationship between Fargo and Minneapolis.” Joraanstad and Ryan Raguse, Myriad Mobile president and co-founder, will make brief remarks at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Focused on helping businesses through mobile consulting, design and development, Myriad Mobile lives its core value of community involvement by participating in and hosting events around Minneapolis. Matt Pacyga, VP of Business Development and mobile technology thought leader, is bringing the mobile community together in Minneapolis.
“The App Strategy Workshop is just one of many events focused on bridging a diverse community and satisfying an appetite for knowledge in the Minneapolis mobile sector,” said Pacyga.
Jake Joraanstad, Myriad Mobile’s CEO, will be moderating a panel for the App Strategy Workshop during the afternoon of July 10 at CoCo Uptown, 1010 West Lake Street, Suite 100, Minneapolis. Organized by the Application Developers Alliance, the event will bring together developers, analytics experts and leading app publishers and platforms to learn about tools and strategies, to understand users, boost retention, and drive downloads. More information about the workshop can be found at devsbuild.it/appstrategy/MN.
Pacyga also organizes a Meetup group in Minneapolis — Mobile Meetup Minneapolis. Started nearly two years ago, the group aims to bring people together to talk about how mobile technology is changing the world. Through a variety of speakers, panels, and demos the Meetup showcases mobile tech and the process behind it. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of each Meetup allows mobile enthusiasts of all levels to learn more about how mobile technology is making an impact on businesses and consumers.
Along with Pacyga, Myriad has three additional team members based in Minneapolis. Tom Christensen, Linda Cummings, and Ian Spinelli all have vast experiences helping businesses embrace and implement new technologies. Myriad anticipates adding additional team members to the Minneapolis office.
